Stop Being You
For the Stop Being You programme, private 1:1 coaching and combined coaching + masterclass offers.
IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms & Conditions before booking or paying. They set out what you are buying, how bookings and cancellations work, and the money-back guarantees offered by Stop Being You.
Stop Being You is a trading brand of Catty Catty Ltd (company number 08334020), a private limited company registered in England and Wales. In these Terms & Conditions, "we", "us" and "our" means Catty Catty Ltd trading as Stop Being You. "You" and "your" means the person purchasing or attending the programme or coaching.
Our current offers are:
2-Day Masterclass - £995 - Attendance at the two-day Stop Being You masterclass.
3 Months Private 1:1 Coaching - £2,495 - A three-month programme of private 1:1 coaching, as agreed at booking.
1:1 Coaching + 2-Day Masterclass - £2,995 - The two-day masterclass plus three months of private 1:1 coaching.
The exact dates, location, session schedule and any additional inclusions will be confirmed at the time of booking. We may update future programme dates and content, but we will not materially change an offer after you have booked it without your agreement.
Your booking becomes a contract when we confirm your booking and/or accept your payment. These Terms & Conditions, together with the booking confirmation and any specific written terms provided to you at booking, form the agreement between you and us.
If you book in person, we will normally provide these Terms & Conditions in a form you can read and retain, such as a printed copy or electronic copy. If you book online, we will make these Terms & Conditions available before you complete payment and will provide confirmation after booking.
The price payable is the price shown to you at the time of booking, unless we have agreed a different price with you in writing.
Payment must be made by the due date stated at booking. A place is not guaranteed until payment has been received or an agreed payment arrangement is in place.
If you use a payment plan, the payment schedule forms part of your booking. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights you may have.
Prices are stated in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Stop Being You provides educational and coaching services focused on personality, behaviour, decision-making and personal change. The masterclass and coaching are not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment, diagnosis or emergency support.
Coaching is collaborative. We will use reasonable care and skill in delivering the service, but we do not guarantee a particular personal, professional, financial, relationship or other outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions and use of the material.
You are responsible for arriving on time and attending the scheduled sessions.
Places are personal to the named participant and may not be transferred or resold without our prior agreement.
If you cannot attend, contact us as soon as possible. Any transfer to a future date is at our discretion and subject to availability.
We may reasonably change a venue, trainer, timetable or delivery arrangement where necessary. If a change materially affects the service you have purchased, we will contact you and explain your options.
We reserve the right to refuse or end participation where a person behaves abusively, threateningly or disruptively, subject to applicable law. Where we end participation for that reason, this will not normally qualify for a refund.
The three-month coaching period begins on the agreed start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sessions are arranged by mutual agreement. You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and providing reasonable notice if you need to rearrange.
If you repeatedly miss or fail to rearrange sessions, we may treat the relevant session as used. We will act reasonably and take account of genuine exceptional circumstances.
Coaching communications and materials are intended for you personally and should not be shared, copied or commercially exploited without our permission.
Coaching does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient or other clinical relationship.
This is a separate contractual guarantee offered by us in addition to any statutory consumer rights you may have.
If, after completing Day 1 of the two-day masterclass, you decide that the masterclass is not providing value for you, you may request a full refund of the price you paid for the masterclass.
You must tell us by the end of Day 1, before you leave the venue or, for an online masterclass, before the end of the Day 1 session.
The guarantee is not available after Day 1 has ended.
The guarantee is not a requirement to demonstrate that the programme was defective or unsuitable; it is simply our commitment that you can leave after Day 1 if you do not feel it is providing value.
Once the guarantee has been exercised, your booking for the remaining masterclass day is cancelled.
If, at the end of your second coaching session, you decide that the private coaching is not providing value for you, you may request a full refund of the price paid for the three-month coaching programme.
You must tell us at the end of your second session, or immediately afterwards, that you wish to use the guarantee.
The guarantee is not available after the second session has ended.
If you use the guarantee, the coaching programme ends and no further sessions will be provided.
A full refund means the amount paid for the three-month coaching programme, subject to any separate statutory rights and any agreed third-party transaction/payment-plan terms that we are required to comply with.
For the combined £2,995 offer, the same guarantees apply to the combined purchase. If you decide at the end of Day 1 that the masterclass is not providing value, you may request a full refund of the £2,995 purchase and the combined programme will end. If you continue beyond Day 1 and subsequently decide at the end of your second coaching session that the coaching is not providing value, you may request a full refund of the £2,995 purchase and the combined programme will end. The relevant deadline applies strictly: the masterclass guarantee ends at the end of Day 1 and the coaching guarantee ends at the end of the second coaching session.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights you have under UK consumer law. The cancellation rules can differ depending on how you book.
If you are a consumer and you enter into the contract online (a distance contract), you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. There are exceptions to the statutory cancellation right for certain contracts, so whether it applies depends on the service and circumstances.
If a service is to start during the 14-day cancellation period, we will ask you to expressly request that the service starts early. Where the law permits cancellation during that period after the service has started, you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service supplied up to cancellation. Where a service is fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request and the required acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right can be lost.
Our voluntary money-back guarantee in section 8 is separate from any statutory cancellation right and does not reduce your statutory rights.
If you book in person, you may not have the same statutory 14-day cancellation right that can apply to certain online or other distance contracts. The position depends on where and how the contract is made. Our voluntary money-back guarantee still applies exactly as described in section 8.
If a booking is made away from our business premises, additional consumer information and cancellation rules may apply. We will provide the information required by law.
Outside any statutory cancellation right and outside the money-back guarantee, refunds or transfers are subject to the following practical policy:
Masterclass: if you need to cancel before the event, contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a transfer to a future date or a refund at our discretion, taking into account the timing of the request and any non-recoverable costs.
Coaching: if you need to cancel before coaching begins, contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a rescheduled start date or refund at our discretion, subject to statutory rights.
Once the masterclass has passed the Day 1 guarantee point, or coaching has passed the second-session guarantee point, the voluntary money-back guarantee is no longer available.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
If we have to cancel a masterclass or are unable to provide the agreed coaching service, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement date, an alternative delivery arrangement or a refund. You will retain any statutory rights you have.
You may hear personal information shared by other participants during the masterclass. You agree to treat such information respectfully and confidentially and not to record, publish or share it without permission.
We will handle information you provide to us in accordance with our privacy practices and applicable data-protection law.
You must not record coaching sessions or other participants without prior consent.
The Stop Being You name, materials, exercises, slides, frameworks, written content, recordings (where provided) and other programme materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use materials for your own personal purposes, but you may not reproduce, resell, publish, teach, distribute or commercially exploit them without our written permission.
We will provide the services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for decisions or actions you take based on the coaching or programme. We do not promise any particular result.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please tell us promptly so that we have a reasonable opportunity to put matters right. You can raise a complaint by replying to your booking confirmation or using the contact details provided at booking. We will consider complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable time.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you will also have the benefit of any mandatory protections available to you under the laws applicable to you.
Version date: 5 September 2026. We may update these Terms for future bookings. The version provided to you at the time of your booking will apply to that booking, except where a change is required by law.
If you have a statutory right to cancel an online contract and wish to exercise it, you may use the wording below. You do not have to use this form; any clear statement telling us that you wish to cancel may be sufficient where the law permits.
